don't talk about a lot. And the reason we don't talk about a lot is because everyone else

talks about it too much. How about that for truth? So the reality of it is that social networking

does have obviously value, does have a purpose, can be a benefit to your

business. And I want you guys to listen to yesterday's show, part one, where we talk specifically

about what it is and what it isn't. And that's the main real element that you have to remember

when it comes to any kind of lead generation, whether it's passive or whether it's proactive,

So if you're going to just do passive marketing, if you're going to do things that are going to hopefully generate business for you one day, you're going to have a very inconsistent business, and generally speaking, you're also going to have a business that probably you're never in control of.

There is, for example, we can go down the list of passive activities that agents do as a regular course of business, but it's really endless.

I mean, if you think about all the things that agents will seduce themselves into believing, will someday hopefully get themselves business, it's pretty much everything that every agent does.
