And there's a lot going on, as you guys know.

And things are crazy in the world.

And it's been incredibly challenging time the last probably year and a half.

So I wanted to share with you what I've been doing and the new direction.

I'm going to call it a reboot or Extreme Health Radio version 2.0.

I'll share with you the direction that we're going.

And first, before I do any of that, though, I really want to say thank you to all your support.

this is episode 783. So we have 782 previous episodes going all the way back to 2012,

August of 2012. That's so great. Doesn't it seem like 2012 was like a lifetime ago to you?

Does it seem like that? And it does to me. It feels like that

was a completely different world. Someone was saying recently that like we live in a world that's

completely different than when we grew up in. Like that world does not exist anymore. With the

change in social media and the internet and all the stuff, the things that are happening,

all the crazy things in the world.

We live in a different world now.

It almost feels like that, even going back 10 years or more, 2012.

It just seems like a completely different world.

But that's how far back our shows go.
