Hello, my friends, and welcome back to the morning mindset, Kerry Green here.

I'm so thankful that you're with me today.

Hey, I want you to stop for a moment and just kind of take a deep breath.

I mean, whatever situation you find yourself in right now or whatever you're looking forward

to in this day, good or bad, I want you to take that deep breath because there's a biological

process that happens when we take a deep breath.

That is designed this into our bodies.

That kind of helps to relieve stress and helps us to take a moment to re-center ourselves.

And that really is what the morning mindset is all about.

This is our opportunity to re-center our focus and to get our minds aligned with the truth

of God's word.

And I'm excited about what we're going to begin today.

It's a new series that I'm going to be walking you through.

I don't even have any idea how long it's going to be because there's so much to unpack.

But this new series, I'm calling it, when you were saved, when you were saved.

Because what I want to do is unpack all the amazing things that God has done for us at

the moment of salvation.

There's a number of things that we as believers in Christ understand and could quickly

spout off that Jesus has done for us through our salvation.

Things like forgiveness of sins.

Things like He's given me a way to go to heaven when I die.

Those are some of the basics.
