Hello, friends.

How are you? Happy Wednesday or Thursday or Friday, whatever day it is that

you find yourself listening to this podcast. I apologize again. We're late in the week and I have yet to record something so here we are it's Wednesday

But there's good news. I've been on vacation

Aren't you excited for me? Don't I sound rested?

I feel rested.

I've been at the beach with the fiance.

We've had a great time.

We were there Sunday and Monday.

Came back Tuesday. We were at Port-Orensis on the Texas coast, not the most beautiful beach in the world. Not by a long shot. But it's my favorite in Texas anyway.

It was peaceful. There was almost no one there.

We had a wonderful time.

Spend a lot of time reading, staring at the waves, playing in the water.

I haven't got a kite.

I love a kite.

Portaranzas is a nice quiet beach town. Lots of families, but since kids have gone back to

school here in Texas, it was wide open and I feel really good about it.

One of the other things I feel really good about is today's Mind of Micah episode.

This, based on a suggestion I got from a fan of the show, Mark Allen.

Mark suggested that I do a segment called Micah's Meal of the Week.
