Hey guys, welcome back to Thick and Thin with me Katie Bilotti and

today's episode is coming to you a little bit later than I had anticipated.

I got a little bit held up at Whole Foods picking up bit

held up at Whole Foods picking out some cheeses for my

charcuttery board creation that I'm making today.

One of my friends, one of my close friends from college is

coming to stay with us for a little while and I thought

I would surprise her with one of my charcutterry creations. You guys know I've been deeply into

creating cheese boards and charcudery boards. Charcudery meaning more than just cheese.

So there's like meats and the nuts and all the things.

So I've been really into that.

So I'm making one today and I needed all of the perfect ingredients. I'm just now realizing actually as I'm speaking

I forgot the figs but we'll live it's fine. I have plenty of other things I you know I really take my sweet time in there because I want to make sure that I get all the colors right it just really is a full experience you know putting together a cheese board it's not just about the taste. It's also about the aesthetic. So got

really held up in there. I look at my phone in the cart and I'm like, oh my God, I

have to podcast. Like what am I doing? I'm just like meandering through the aisles just you know taking my sweet time so anyway in today's episode we're going to get started with a few of my favorite podcasts to listen to, podcasts plural.

So I have four, actually four different recommendations

for you guys of different podcasts that I really enjoy listening to,

a lot of which I feel a lot of you guys might have never heard of.

So I'm excited to share those with you all.

They're kind of in the history, storytelling, self-help sort of realm. Of course I have you know a slew of

podcasts like lifestyle-based podcasts that I love that my friends have but there's some

that I just I'm so into that I feel like are very much for a specific type of person and I feel like I have a suspicion

...
