I've had to make a rule for myself like no caffeine after 3 p.m.

Like it's literally always a bad idea for me and the rules in place for a reason. I mean I break it but then I'm like that's why you have your own rule.

Yeah, no, I mean, you know, since I gave up Red Bowl for like the seventh or ace time,

I've been drinking chai tea, but now since I've been in the house and the world is horrible.

I've just been drinking the concentrate straight from the bottle.

We've been making entire instant pots full of sweet tea,

so we put like four teabags in there at a time
