Summary

Are you on pins and needles, riddled with anxiety about a new relationship? You're not alone. For most of our dating coaching clients, the "dating" part is not that hard. You put a profile together, attend social functions with a smile on your face, and you're going to have opportunities. Going on an actual date or three is not the biggest deal. What IS the biggest deal, and what our dating coaching clients really struggle with, is how to manage all the anxiety, insecurity, and angst about the unknown that comes with finding someone they really like and who they've started seeing regularly. That's when all the questions come up. 1:20.5	new relationships. So we talk a lot about, you know, dating on this show before. But people, as you know, if you're over
1:29.0	the age of 15 and you've ever had a new relationship blossom, dating is not actually the hard
1:35.2	part. You know, getting a date, going out on a date, having a first date, having a second
1:39.0	date. What's really hard is the anxiety that comes when you really like someone new and you've been going out,
1:49.1	but you kind of don't know where you stand with them. Do they like you? Are they into you? What do
1:54.0	you do? How do you bring up certain things? What do you not say? Because we don't want to scare them off.
1:59.4	It's just, it's fraught with so many things.
2:02.7	And in addition to all of this emotional drama, there are also really big things that you need to be
2:08.4	thinking about bigger picture. Like, are we compatible? Are there red flags that maybe I'm not seeing
2:15.2	because I'm so enamored with this person. And how do I really
2:19.7	turn a dating situation into a really great new relationship? How do I manage the transition?
