Relationships During Covid
Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations - quarantining for months at a time while enduring a global pandemic was not something we were prepared for. Reactions affect our everyday relationships, especially our romantic or marital one. Feelings of sadness, anxiety, grief are heightened making us feel stuck or trapped.

1:17.8 | So, well, the first thing that I would say is that usually the things that are amplified |
1:22.8 | during this COVID time are the things that existed before COVID. |
1:26.8 | But then this is actually like, it's |
1:29.0 | magnifying it. So it's, you know, I mean, and that's not to say that there are couples with |
1:36.3 | children and they are facing new realities that are actually causing problems, like a riff in the |

1:44.3 | So it's not like everything existed pre-COVID. |
1:47.9 | But usually what's happening is just there's whatever communication issues or deficits |
1:54.9 | that the couple had pre-COVID, that is even getting like even more pronounced. |

2:04.4 | and it's how each person is relating to stress and therefore and then maybe they're not even |
