Summary

There was no place like New Orleans in the Roaring 20s. The money, the booze, and the passions flowed freely. But all was not well in an apartment near the French Quarter. Two couples had serious marital problems, and a few days before Halloween in 1927, the home became the site of an infamous crime that is still featured on ghost tours today.
