Here's one theory. One theory is there is laundry going on, right? And maybe through it, there wasn't a lot of it.

And like I said, there always is. And there was like somebody's smelling it out, or maybe there's a question, because what they'll do is they'll say, I need to see proof of XYZ. When the audit happens, I need to see proof of XYZ.

And James could be like, oh, I can't get it to you now, I can't get it back to you. They'll put your license in an escrow. And then you have X amount of, you know, maybe two weeks to get them what it is that they're looking for.

If let's say James was selling his fraudulent loans and on the banking side to this other banker, whoever that may be, they don't want to be tied to that either.

So they maybe the sent is on, you know, maybe they're right in the middle of the investigation within his mortgage company.

And before they could go get any farther and connect the dots, perhaps we need to get rid of James. That way the trail that will go and pull those files from his office, and then nobody will ever be able to find the link.

And that is way more feasible and likely to me than any other, any other thing.

So there's a whole other side of the story that I didn't get into in the podcast with names, but I just want to confirm with you things I'm going to share with you.
