Hi, everybody. We are the Ballalsals Podcast. Thank you very much for joining us. We have some

game changers to talk about, I think, in this episode, being some Necron stuff. The Necron

faction pack is out. Look, right on cue, the knight has claimed Red Powell. He is on assignment. He may be in and out. We're going to do our best. But a lot of stuff has hit, you know, 500 worlds, some detachments. And there's some wailing and gnashing. You know, I think people are out there talking about, oh, my goodness, what are the ultra brains getting next? It has been hit after hit. How are y'all doing? It's good. I mean, the joke running around, it's not the 500 worlds. It's the 500 detachments of space planes, which it's it. You know, if trends continue and they continue to get one or two a month, yeah, it's that, yeah, they'll end this with a lot.

Yeah, I'm actually loving it though. I think it's pretty neat. And then the cool thing about, like, having a lot of stuff, especially for a faction, if it, when it fits in your narrative theme and then like the vibe of whatever if that was your faction of course you feel like

it's you know holiday season all over again and one of the things that i had to kind of remind myself

of is that they can't take it all at once it's just going to be different ways to play you know

you're rarely going to see i think everything all in the same spot i'm keen to see how deep it so

the the adventure i'm on now is how deep in the design space does Games Workshop go with Marines? We finally, we got a drop pod. We got a drop pod detachment, you know, which shows nothing's off the table. Let's go down the rabbit holes. Let's follow the white rabbit and see where, you know, Wonderland leads. Why, let's make an ATV detachment. Who cares? Let's make it. Let's do it all. Well, I mean, isn't that kind of, I mean, is that the point kind of the one of the things to do in this attachment world where you get your, you know, you're basically your suite of things, your special rule, and then you can kind of flow into whatever vibe you want.

Yeah.

Well, you just, what I love about essentially the 500 detachments is that at this stage, you just pick the models you like and there's a detachment to fit.

Yeah.

That's a great way of doing it from a design space point of view as being like we know we've got 300 miniatures in the

deptus astati's line between dark angel space was whatever templars and the you know the kudis compliant ones

so let's just make it that doesn't matter which which box little timmy falls in love with off the shelf

there's literally something for him to just go there there's the detachment for it and it. And make this cool. That feels pretty good. I agree with that. Well, look, we got to talk about the Game Changer stuff I was talking about as a Necron stuff is coming out. Brand new Satan Shard of the Nightbringer. And I'll say, games workshops, kind enough to send one. And here it is. It's such a glow up too.
