with black scientists and educators.

People doing incredible work and pushing for a world where science serves everyone.

And I have a show today filled with music mostly from artists that you've likely not heard

before.

Artists I know will become favorites of mine over the year.

And I'll begin with the musician known as Merrow.

His name is spelled M-E-H-R-O.

He's a young talent based in L.A. who put out his first music in 2020.

I wouldn't be the only person to think of the remarkable voice of Jeff Buckley when

I first heard his music.

But I'd say it's kind of likely that Merrow didn't even know the music of Jeff Buckley

when he started.

Anyway, I'm thrilled to play this new song from Merrow called Chance With You.

And happy that he'll introduce it.

Chance With You was inspired by a moment of opportunity.

By a moment that could have been magical and wonderful, but instead I caved into fear.

And this night filled with potential and excitement and magic just passed me by because I didn't

do anything about it.
