There's nothing spookier than the good old October cold.

But you push on Lorraine.

Did you put out all your Halloween

your Halloween decorations already?

I sure did. We put up the last of our decor. So we have our 12 foot skeleton,

bones worth, and then we have two other skeletons. we put one on our mailbox and he's like

greeting people who drive by and then we have the other one who is climbing our electrical

pole he's mischievous getting into trouble and then I also put out my chicken wire ghost that I made last year and we're trying to figure out how to light her better this year.

So I'm waiting to get a new light and a new cable so I can have her appropriately lit because

when you light her at night, you know, because she's made of chicken wire, she looks kind of like

she's got long flowing hair and a dress situation so she looks extra

spooky. Yeah we are definitely in the Halloween mood but of course this week we've

got some fun stuff our guest on the show is Lanny Smith, a former

NBA player and founder of Actively Black, which has a clothing line inspired by

Marvel Studios Black Panther Wakanda Forever, and we had a great conversation with him.

Very, very cool looking forward for everybody to hear that as we get along.
