There is no Bachelor of General Science degree in Alabama and he has been pursuing this degree since 2008. The use of the Commonwealths presenting video and audio clips, especially the voicemail, appears to be related to establishing a timeline of Karen Read's movements and actions around the time of John O'Keefe's death. The defense may use it to show her actions were consistent, while the prosecution may use it to point out inconsistencies. The 12:25/12:30 timeframe she gives for John's passing may be challenged given her audio from the voicemail at 12:41AM. Later in the day, Christina Hanley, a trace analyst expert witness from the lab testified about a mechanical match on glass. The court adjourned early after sidebar discussions. 1:05.0	And then once you get there, everything is viewed with less generosity because then you get to the issue

1:20.0	re-download the chips or to try to redownload the chips to try to put the boards back into
1:26.0	Karen Reed's Lexus because his fundamental error was he thought
1:31.6	that they had not downloaded fully because he misinterpreted the amount of storage that
1:36.2	they had and how big those downloads should be.
1:39.2	So when you're relying on a tech expert who is telling you that they don't understand the storage on the chips,
1:46.9	I think it's hard to get beyond that for many. But he's back on cross today. We'll see if this
1:53.8	will be the only witness today because when you're a lessee trying to finish this cross is hard
