Any of you criminals slash heavy drug users out there listening, y'all never cease to amaze me.

As you can imagine, I hear a lot of weird shit at work. It's not all the time, but I would say

either deal with or hear about some weird occurrence happening at least once a day.

Recently, someone called in saying someone was chasing him on foot.

Doesn't necessarily stand out.

It is sort of a regular call.

Potentially life-threatening emergency?

Absolutely.

If you have someone actively chasing you on foot,

you don't know what's going on.

Very well could be a life-threatening emergency.

Problem with this caller,

the caller said the suspect was chasing the collar on hands.

You heard that right.

On hands.

Not on foot.

On hands.

As in he was doing a handstand, walking on his hands, and chasing the collar while on his hands.

That person may have been under the influence of something.

I can't say completely. It is speculation.

But if that option was a space on a dartboard, I bet I could hit it.
