The things that show up right when you're getting focused.

Right when you are touching the truth more consistently throughout the day what comes, what text message or email or news,

or what you find yourself being drawn back to. He may have given up like ice cream or meat.

Notice who shows up to invite you for ice cream or to invite you to go get pizza.

Notice these things.

Stay aware and keep the truth going, keep it on the breath.

Only love is here.

Only love is here.

What you put in your mouth does not defile you anyway.

But you must become more aware of these patterns, of these habits.

Because when you bring that awareness to them, when you feel

love while the temptation is present, you may still be tempted, but it's different. It is very

different. The result is different. And you notice you look up and that seeming test has passed and you're holding a blessing.

You're standing in the midst of a blessing.

One you didn't even see coming one you didn't pray for.

It's just all happening now because you're seeing with the eyes of God, with the eyes of love.

Right now look at something in that space that body is in that you've never

looked at with that feeling. Conscious, you're conscious of love while looking at that light switch

that you've seen a million times, the floor that you've walked on a million times.
