visual surveillance footage here from a body camera, as the feds went to search a man

who was almost a Tory general during Trump's most extreme coup efforts.

That's Jeffrey Clark answering the door.

The search at the time showed the heat was rising and it reached a boil with the rico

indictment of that DOJ veteran, Jeffrey Clark.

When he's back in the news tonight, as he makes a court push to flee the Atlanta DA's jurisdiction,

the court rooms in Georgia. Clark was busted, you may recall, by the January 6th Committee

and separate independent reports for trying to abuse the limited role he had inside the Trump DOJ,

where his original job was an environmental official. But he wanted to use lies or actual criminal

legal fraud to try to get Georgia politicians to steal the state's votes that had declared Biden

the victor to steal them for Trump.

That's right, you're an environmental lawyer. I made the point that Jeff Clark is not even

competent to serve as the attorney general. And Pat Sipaloni weighed in at one point,

I remember saying, you know, that letter that this guy wants to send, that letter is a murder

suicide pack. It's going to damage everyone who touches it. And we should have nothing to do

with that letter. You could have hundreds and hundreds of resignations of the leadership of

your entire Justice Department at Jeff Clark would be left leading a graveyard. How about you go

back to your office and we'll call you when there's an oil spill?

Byrne, the last testimony is from another Trump appointee trying to put Clark back in his office,

back in his place, conjuring the image of spilled oil and whatever that involves with legal
