9 simple ways to convince yourself to take action every day.
How often do you start a new habit just to fall off in the not too distant future? It happens more than we like to admit. We have incredibly high expectations and then expect it to magically happen. And when we get bored with the routine or hit a roadblock, we snap back to our old ways of doing things. This could be anything from a simple diet change, to exercise, to being more productive at work, to being more present in your relationships… Choose ANY area of your life, I guarantee it has room for improvement. But are you up for the challenge? Today I discuss a few simple ways you can convince yourself to take action, follow through, and create new habits that propel you into a new life.

1:59.6 | How many times do you have things that weren't natural in nature? |
