So many things going on is it's hard to even know where to start. I mean, we got more people than ever buying guns,

getting training, carrying guns for their home protection or for self protection, having guns at home for their home protection.

We just had that terrible terrible attack this week as we're talking. It'll mean last week with people here this of the former NFL player goes into the

home and kills five people, including, you know, the grandparents and then the grandkids like five and seven years old terrible.

So that whole deal of keep a gun handy wherever you are.

That's an important point that needs to be brought up is we have all these new gun owners and they gosh, I think we're eight,

nine, maybe 10 million now. Right. And it's the first time gun buyer first time gun buyers never owned a gun before didn't

throw up with it. I understand. But that we're we keep talking as as the gun crowd to go, man, I really hope that they dedicate a little time to getting familiar with this to

learning how to use the gun to get comfortable with it because I mean, honestly, the fact of the matter is millions of those people have the gun in the gun box and the

box of them that they bought in a closet. The gun's not loaded. They've never actually done anything with it. They never shot it. That's not going to do them much good.

No, and it also represents a risk if they don't know what to do with it. If they're not comfortable with it or not careful trained.

So rather than us saying, which yes, you hope that they do something about it. How about let's us personally each of us do something about it.

So let's brainstorm for a minute. How would how would we go about that? First of all, it's you got to make the commitment. I will offer your my help. Right.

I don't have to be a trained firearms instructor certified, but I could show you how to store gun safely. I could show you how to load you gun. I could show you how to pick up your gun without putting your finger on the trigger.

We'll talk through. We'll spend an hour or two just talking about guns and safety and everything else. But then how do you find those people? I'm just thinking each of us has a bubble.

People group. It could be you could make an offer at your church and say, look, you know, to the minister. If you'd like to put it in the bulletin, if anybody is a new gun owner and they'd like to get some safety training, I'll happy to do that.

But we all have our social media social media accounts and probably if you're listening to this, you're probably the guy or gal that post pictures of you at the range or or your new gun that you bought.
