Hey, and thank you everyone for continuing to listen to what they aren't telling you.

I appreciate that continued support and that you are finding use and value in my content

as it shifts a little bit right now at least.

This is where I feel called to help share information that will be rewarding to everyone.

So I wanted to let you in on a little something that we created a couple days ago.

A group, a group on Facebook that is made for people like me who have dealt with these

mysterious symptoms or chronic debilitating illness that has lasted a really long time.

And as a result, they have physical, mental and emotional symptoms to deal with on a regular

basis as they navigate their way through this.

The same journey I've taken has led me a lot into discussions on the mind body connection

and trapped emotions and getting more connected to the body and listening inside versus

looking outside to find solutions to the quote problem.

So I wanted to have a place where people could kind of come together only if you're in

the same situation.

And I posted about it on Facebook and Instagram and had like a crazy response so fast.

We really couldn't keep up with the requests.

So we're nearing about 500 members already.

I honestly thought we'd have maybe 25 to 40.

So it's interesting, but also shows me that there is a need for this.

So I wanted to give you podcast listeners access to that or information to that in case

you're not typically on social media or you don't see my notifications, which has

happened for many.
