0:00.0	Well, we begin with breaking news from Atlanta where a grand jury will be in panel tomorrow,
0:05.2	which is expected to decide whether to indict Donald Trump for his attempts to overturn the 2020
0:11.0	presidential election. The Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting tonight. The selection of two
0:16.2	Fulton County grand juries will be made Tuesday with one of the panels expected to decide
0:21.6	whether to hand up an indictment for alleged criminal interference in the 2020 presidential
0:26.8	election. One set of jurors is likely to be asked to bring formal charges against former
0:32.9	president Donald Trump and other well-known political and legal figures in a letter to county
0:39.2	officials almost two months ago. District Attorney Fawni Willis indicated the indictment could be
0:45.8	obtained at some point between July 31st and August 18th. Superior court judge Robert McBernie,
0:53.1	who oversaw the special purpose grand jury, will preside over Tuesday's selection of the two
0:59.6	grand juries for this term of court. The grand jury is scheduled to meet two days a week. That means
1:06.5	it could easily take two weeks for the district attorney to present all of the evidence necessary
1:12.8	for the presenting of indictments and joining us now is Gwen Keeze Fleming. She is a former district
1:17.6	attorney in neighboring to Cab County, Georgia. Gwen Keeze Fleming, thank you very much for
1:22.8	joining us on emergency breaking news. Notice tonight what is your reading of this news tonight?
1:30.6	Well, I think this is something that a lot of folks have been waiting for. One, but it falls in line
1:36.1	with the regular court calendar in terms of the terms of court. And so we have known for quite
1:43.2	some time that DA Willis has had two grand juries operating at the same time to regular grand juries.
1:52.0	And so we'll see which one of these that will be in panel tomorrow will be hearing evidence as it
1:58.3	relates to the information gathered by the special grand jury, which we all know could conclude
2:03.1	their work last December. And we had a preview into some of the charges and at least the breadth of
2:10.1	the investigation from the four person of the grand jury earlier this year.
