If you didn't know by now, my name is Chadden.

Every single week, we take a journey back in time.

We go back and look at the years of the World Wrestling Federation between 1993 and early

1997.

We call them the new generation years, but I can't do it alone, especially with this

daunting task ahead of us,

as I am joined here by the boss, the man behind the creative control network.

This is Joe Feeney.

It's an honor and a pleasure to be here.

It's going to make my life and my honor to a guest on this show.

But I have a confession to make the start. I'm one of those fans that, uh, that kind of, I don't want to say scoffs at the, at the new generation era, but it's not my favorite. It's not my favorite. Looking back, I just remember Hogan went in the belt at nine and I take my, uh, little. And then somewhere in there there's a diesel and Mabel main event.

So I don't have the best, like, fondest memories of this time.

Although I know there's a bunch of undiscovered stuff in there that I should have seen.

Right.

But like new generation, not among my favorite time period.

So I hate to tell you at the beginning of the show.

Oh, it's fine. You wouldn't be the only one. I mean, I can't tell you how many people, you know, I've had a very small amount of people that just weren't either alive or didn't watch that have come on and talk about it. And mostly everybody in this same kind of age bracket that we're in, for the most part, say the same exact thing. Look, I tapped out

for a few years because it wasn't what I'm used to. But for those of us that did hang around,

this show is kind of used as a tool to look back to say, was it as good as I remember? Was I just
