A couple of cases involving the Second Amendment

Foundation.

In Chicago, the judge has rebuked Chicago, the State of Chicago, in a case that the Second Amendment

foundation brought.

The Judge Robert M. Dow, he rejected the city's bid to dismiss the case brought about by the owner of the Second Amendment Arms, that's the name of the store in 2010, the city withheld his permit to have a gun store there.

They keep trying the stuff, they keep throwing the stuff out, they keep getting overturned, and they'll get, they're going to lose this one too.

And Roby Emanuel, Mr. Gun Control himself, from the Clinton administration, of course is busy with that.

And another release from the Second Amendment Foundation.

They have filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court for certiorari to try to get them to take the

case of Sylvester versus California Attorney General.

This involved the 10-day waiting period.

California has a 10-day waiting period law.

And it was ruled against by the Ninth Circuit and then the whole court took it and overruled it.
