Hey there, folks. It is Thursday, July 2nd, and a major news organization has some major and new news related to the Nancy Guthrie investigation.

News that they say calls into question whether or not Nancy Guthrie was actually

abducted for ransom at all. Say what? Welcome to this episode of Amy and T.J. Say what robes? And we

just say off the top here, the news organization we're talking about is Reuters, a respected organization

that has some fresh reporting ropes. Yes, but that fresh reporting has actually elicited a fairly rare response from the feds.

The FBI has somewhat refuted Reuters' statement that none of the ransom notes that have been

collected are actually real. That's a big headline

if true. And the FBI just said not so fast, Reuters. Because the Roves, it's a big deal because

those notes and the video, I guess a ring cam video, were essentially considered the biggest

clues in this case, the biggest pieces of evidence in this case.

And so to read a headline, Robes, from a place like Reuters, which is suggesting based on what they're being told by their sources of the FBI,

none of the notes were real. They were all fakes. Again, that's Reuters reporting that, but Roams, what does that lead us to?

If none of these were real, where are we?

That would mean nowhere, but that also means all of the other information, and at least the most recent, notable information that was apparently gleaned from a ransom note

was that Nancy Guthrie died shortly after being abducted and not certainly what the kidnappers

claimed they wanted. They said she died basically, unfortunately. And so that was the big revelation that supposedly was included in one of

these ransom notes. We also had been told that these ransom notes had a description of what

Nancy Guthrie was wearing that night, a description of the inside of Nancy Guthrie's home,

two things that they claim, or at least we were told no one could

know unless they were, in fact, the kidnapper. So this is extremely confusing. It is,

robs, and there's been very few moments, very few days that we wake up to or get a new headline or something actionable,

...
