in terms of lessons to be learned. And today, we're going to speak about marketing.

The marketing strategy controversy came from the fact that they had

this very girly floral theme promotion based on the fact that the character Blake lively plays

Lily Bloom is a florist. So the marketing campaign encouraged audiences to bring your girls and wear floral

outfits. And obviously this approach was criticized as tone deaf. But that is not the only thing

that went wrong. So as you may have heard, Justin Baldoni's legal team put up a website called

Lawsuit Info, in which they basically took every single

communication via email and text message and put it up into a PDF on this website for

everyone to see. What has come out of that is a very interesting fact. Let's go back to when Blake lively was first

promoting, it ends with us. You will recall, she got a lot of backlash in terms of how she
