Henry Moeran is alongside Yorkshire batter Emily Windsor & BBC Sport journalist Ffion Wynne as Charlotte Edwards is unveiled as the new England Women’s head coach.
In a full interview with the BBC’s Chief Cricket Reporter Stephan Shemilt, Edwards speaks about how England must be “accountable” for their fitness and the “hard work” needed by the squad to create a new culture. The ECB’s Director of Women’s Cricket Clare Connor also tells Stephan that she’s “confident” the team is being built for success.
Plus, Emily discusses Edwards’ coaching style after playing under her for eight years and analyses what characteristics could make her successful in the role.
