conservative political activist Charlie Kirk is said to make his first appearance in court later today.

The 22-year-old suspect will likely be indicted on

first-degree murder charges in Utah, according to the Attorney General Pam Bondi, who also said

the Department of Justice is looking into their own kind of federal charges as well. This comes as

the Washington Post reports that the suspect appeared to confess to the shooting in an online chat

group writing, hey guys, I have bad news for you all. It was me at UVU yesterday.
