Summary

Two people are dead after an attempted robbery goes wrong. 37-year-old Joshua Ungersma makes a delivery to what is found to be an abandoned house where he meets 17-year-old Jaelynn Billups and her 19-year-old boyfriend Alberto Vanmeter. Vanmeter is shot by Ungerma, who has a concealed carry permit, defending himself. The delivery driver reportedly crossed the street and asked witnesses to call the police. At that point, Billups allegedly shot him at point-blank range.
