We start today with a new record we did not want to reach and that is the US had its worst day ever for new

COVID-19 cases within 24 hours. More than 85,000 new cases were reported around the country

on Friday and we nearly broke that new record with another 84,000 new

cases on Saturday.

At rallies and on Twitter over the weekend, President Trump said cases are only going

up because the amount of testing is going up and that might be part of it

but it's also important to note the number of Americans hospitalized with COVID-19 has
