December has major releasing and letting go themes after a very big year of powerful energies. The Sun moves through Capricorn and highlights what has changed in our lives over the past year, including what we’ve been required to work on, realize, and transform within ourselves. The intensity of life changes may be felt into January as the Sun and Mercury conjunct the eclipse points from December 2019 and January 2020. New bridges of consciousness are opening up and being activated, even though it can feel foggy and uncertain at times. 0:23.0	over the next few months, as well as some of the major themes that are happening right now,
0:28.7	that you could be feeling individually, but that I feel most people are experiencing at
0:34.3	some level of consciousness. So we're going to go through these overarching energies,
0:39.4	how you may be feeling them, how they may be showing up for you, but also showing you that what
0:44.2	we're doing here is creating new bridges of consciousness, as well as creating new bridges
0:50.4	of opportunities and potentials in our lives. 2020 has been significant, powerful, rare, challenging.
0:59.9	It has shown us so much about ourselves because as the year has progressed, we have been
1:06.8	required to be in our own energies more than ever.
1:10.4	We've had to be in our own oras, our own minds, our emotions. We have to have to be in our own energies more than ever. We've had to be in our own
1:12.3	oras, our own minds, our emotions. We've had to really be in this intense experience of who we
1:19.3	are right now. And this then opens up more of our own truth and where we're in alignment with
1:27.1	who we are and what we want and where
1:29.2	we are out of alignment. Yet that out of alignment was probably not something we were aware of
1:35.5	consciously. And there could have been some rude awakenings in 2020, some shocking developments,
1:42.4	some grand understandings that you came to open up to at a personal
1:48.8	level around how you've been living your life. And it's been a really big year in so many ways.
1:55.4	Obviously, you know that. But what I'm getting at are the energetics and what's been happening
