I just got back from the beach.

And as I sat here putting my headphones on to record this message for you,

I realized I've never recorded a single episode with my shoes on,

because this is very uncomfortable.

I'm on boots.

So take those off. And all I'm hearing from you and

everyone is how tired we are generally. But on a soul level, just exhausted, burned out, like, I'm sure you'd much rather stay in the bed today,

or at least lounge on the couch, or just go sit by the ocean, by a lake, a still lake, so you can

imitate it. But you can imitate it right now, even though you may not be sitting

near a lake. I assume you're not sitting near a lake, but your mind can become like one that is

waveless, like a lake on a windless day. And then you can just drop one thought like a leaf on to the surface of that lake of your mind

the thought only love is here not a lake not a lake not a niki speaking into a microphone

not are you listening on that end.

Just love.

Only love is here.

And let that truth ride on every inhale and on every exhale effortlessly, inside, silently in the mind.

Like you're dropping a leaf on that stillness.
