0:00.0	Hey you guys and happy Friday. I hope you've enjoyed these extra Friday episodes since we've been doing
0:05.9	them at the beginning of the year. And I have some great news. We're actually going to be continuing
0:11.2	these Friday episodes for a little bit longer, maybe through the first part of April. We haven't
0:16.8	quite decided yet. But we are going to be switching into a different mode for these
0:23.2	Friday episodes for the next several weeks. And those of you guys, especially who are beginning
0:27.9	gardeners, you are going to love this. Real quick, though, I feel like I need to go ahead and
0:33.3	apologize for my voice, those of you all who attended my master classes last week, especially if
0:38.9	you attended the Thursday class. You heard that my voice was starting to go out. I ended up
0:43.7	getting some kind of a cold or virus or whatever, and I'm still trying to get my voice back,
0:49.4	which makes it very difficult to do a podcast. And I'm sure it's going to get worse and worse as I keep going.
0:56.0	So I probably should cut to the chase. All right. So these new Friday episodes are going to be
1:02.2	focused on identifying the most popular crops that beginning gardeners grow. And we're just going to
1:09.7	talk about the basics. So here's the
1:11.9	reason that I thought about this. I've had in real life friends who have decided that they are
1:16.6	going to grow a garden, and we've had some conversations. And in that, I've realized that there are
1:21.7	some basics that someone who may have never grown a certain crop like lettuce or cucumbers or something like that,
1:28.6	they need to know that I think some of us who have had experience take for granted.
1:33.5	So even though I love in this podcast to hopefully be able to serve both the first time
1:39.0	gardeners and those of you who are continuing to level up your garden journey and what you're doing from week
1:45.3	to week, I do want to kind of take a step back for those of you all who are beginners and who
1:50.3	just need some of the bare basics to begin with with some of these crops that many beginners
