Today is April 22, 2019, and this is the Monday podcast for this show that I do for you

twice a week.

And we're going to talk about some of the big awakening energies that have been moving

through since the Libra full moon last Friday.

And also what is unfolding, what you might be feeling, and what I want to normalize for you

if you are feeling these energies.

Today has been busy in my world, and I'm doing this podcast late.

So if you typically listen live on blog talk radio, that's why the show wasn't live as it normally is.

And it's all about the normal

energies right now of change, things happening unexpectedly, perhaps feeling a little bit

frantic, and the need to ground ourselves right now, the essentialness of it, the sense that

we have to come back to ourselves, our bodies, our breasts, and to make

sure that we are in control of our energies because this is quite a dynamic time period.

So the full moon that happened in Libra at 29 degrees was quite big, and it was a purging full moon.

It was a releasing moon where you were meant to see something in relationships that maybe you didn't realize

or that had only been at one level of awareness and it was escalated

or taken to a new place within you.

This was a big full moon for making sure that we're not carrying other people's energies,
