Today on the root cause medicine podcast. The first crucial thing is you can't just test testosterone.

It exists in a system. You have to look at all the aspects of the system that we can.

Second is testosterone has a normal daily rhythm. And all the normal range numbers are based on first thing in the morning. So if you

measure it in the afternoon, it's always going to be low compared to the morning because it should

be. That's normal. In fact, if it's not doing that, that's a whole other problem. So 8 a.m. 9 a.m.

That's your window to get testosterone measured. If you measure it any time outside
