Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD. You know, folks, this case in Henrietta, Oklahoma, is

quite disturbing. And from a investigative standpoint, which was most of my career was spent in

investigative units, every potential mistake that could be made was made. And we always used to

have pride in ourselves that when we made an arrest on a case, that didn't mean the case was over.

It means it just begun. And you had tons more investigation to do in order to find out what had

occurred. So you would cross every T and dot every I.

And the disturbing part of this case is that the local jurisdiction

believed that their work was done.

And that couldn't be further from the truth.

So we know right now that because of that, they have basically been

relieved of their duties and they have been replaced. And these are on the screen. You see the

pictures of the young kids that and also the mother that was involved here, Holly Guess,

and we're hearing now that she was involved in this.

And I don't find, I'm not surprised at that at all.

You know, I'd like to know how she took this guy, Justin, excuse me, the perpetrator in this, McFadden.

I mean, how did she, Jesse McFadden, how did she meet him?

How did she take him under her wing? How did she allow him

near her children? How did she just ingratiate herself with someone who just get out of prison

...
