We're here outside ball arena where the Denver Nuggets just wrapped up a rare practice before they

had to Utah to take on the jazz tomorrow. And we got lots of good updates on the injury situation

with Aaron Gordon, Spencer Jones, Cam Johnson, Zeke Naji. We also learned about what this rotation

We heard from David Adelman who told us that Aaron Gordon was able to practice today.

Some good news there, of course, he popped up on the injury report with left calf soreness

and was a late, or perhaps I should say early scratch to that last game calling into the staff in the morning saying he wasn't going to be able to go. That's always concerning when we hear that about AG, but the good news he was able to practice today. So was Cam Johnson, who was dealing with back spasms. And we heard from him later in the day. He spoke to us about what those spasms are like, what it's like for him to try and

come back, and we will get into all of that. And Spencer Jones and Zeke Najee, the other names in the injury situation here, they were not able to practice today. Spencer Jones is dealing with hamstring tightness. That's something to keep an eye on. David Adelman called it a day-to-day situation. He said the same thing about Zeke Naji, who left the game early with left hip

He played in that last game and he says he's going to be an option going forward here with the way

things are with the injury situation. That could demand a lot out of Cam Johnson and Jamal Murray,
