You see, you can handle unbelievable pain if...

You see a purpose in it.

Now if you don't see a purpose in it, you're not going to be resilient.

But if you see a purpose in it and you see God's hand, God is using this to draw me closer to Him.

God is using this to teach me to love other people.

God is using this to make me more like Christ.

Then you get resilience.
