Good evening and welcome to a special edition of Neverstray's Far Fall A from the island

of Sicily, bigger than you might think, and surprisingly close to Africa when you look

at it on a map.

This show comes to you from Lingua Glossa in the foothills of Mount Etna, which is all

a while gently erupting.

No travel disruption is expected due to eruptions this evening, although be prepared for certain

road closures on the approach to the smoldering crater, as the people of this massive, troubled,

beautiful lump of lava get ready to celebrate the seemingly inevitable victory of either

Vincenzo Nibeli, the son of Messina, known as the Shark, or Damiano Caruso, the child

of Ragusa, known as Damiano Caruso.

Yeah, that was just like a little taster, wasn't it, a little reminder for me, really, rather

than anyone else of the magic that was almost this time last year.

Neverstray's Far Falle, the daily podcast, redefined podcasting in a way, and certainly ripped

up the rulebook and made a lot of a considerable impact in the world of podcasting during the

Giro, because it's not too far away before I had to hungry in the beginning of the Giro

d'Italia, so this is a little warm-up race for me that I'm embarking on at the moment

that's nearly come to an end. How are you anyway, haven't spun to your ages?

I know, I've been under high stress and living, going through an existential crisis for

our life, but apart from that, I'm good, I'm good, standard, standard, it's just a constant,
