Where are you?

I'm in Catalika, where it's currently 15 degrees and overcast. Rain is forecast for midday

and will persist throughout the afternoon, sadly. At the moment, there's light traffic

on all approach roads to the centre, and temporary parking restrictions in place, along the Vier

Fume and the Vier Vielanso del Prete, for the arrival of the Giro d'Italia. Its 6.42am
