I'm in the town centre of Bagnard d'Ormania, the old town, spa town where water meets

sulphur meets tourists, meets a faded sense of 1960s grandeur.

Trains, two and from the town are subject to significant delays due to a lack of a railway

track or station, but traffic is flowing freely along all approach roads.

Expect congestion later this morning, those temporary road closures are put in place for
