which is also huge advantage when podcasting because we've always, I think we've always

followed the podcasting rules, haven't we, ever since the outset of how to do it because

we went on a podcasting course sponsored by Melinda Rapples back in the day. Do you remember

that long weekend retreat in Trento? Yeah, the bootcamp. The way they looked after us, they

laid on, well, absolutely wasn't it, it was for breakfast, it was a pick your own shaking

trees. Yeah, I didn't know that's how you did it. Apple crumble in the evenings,

cider, cider, lunch, yeah, and then a little apple, apple tree, silver, wheat,

a bit in the morning. Now they really sorted us out in the early days and they taught us out

of podcast. So it would be churlish to say, it would be churlish to say we weren't grateful to

the churlish and I mean, yeah, I mean, it says it's fine, you know, the difficult bits

passed now. We'll look back on it with rose tinted apple, rose tinted, apple tinted glasses.

Actually joking apart, when you get a, do you have a, yeah, of course you do, of course you do,

of course you eat terrible sweets. I know you do because you and I normally devour an entire

sort of motorway service station size, haribo pack, but you know when you get,

kind of starburst or something like that, you know, one of those sweets, aren't apple,

the apple flavoured ones are always the best, don't you think? They are quite good, it's got a little

like a little tingly at the back of your jaw. Little acidic kick. That's how I describe it.
