I'm going to do a rest day part where we made that very explicit last episode we say we

want to be doing a rest day part and then we just got excited I got excited and sent

a message to the WhatsApp group saying should we do a rest day part here we are logistics

worked out because he left us yeah yeah and then shortly after I recorded we recorded

last night's part yeah yeah it's probably worth talking that through we've got some very

special guests to introduce in a second but let's just let's just stick with last night's

journey for a second what happened we recorded the pod last night after oh where do we drop

your amps so confused I don't know the name of the Bradley Bradley was in the traffic

jam oh yes right all coming back so huge traffic jam it was just not moving was it so

then you made the decision to get any problems in bail going to bail yeah we did we reenacted

a wheel change yes on the Brompton that was quite a big push off yeah playing mechanic

role and then we realized that the Eurasport car was just behind us in the traffic jam

yeah with Matt Stevens and Bradley Wiggins in it we've done this ridiculous mechanical

reenactment of a wheel change you know I don't down this hill we've got about a hundred

meters down the hill realize I left my phone in the car oh yeah I had to do you to come back

again so that played well and then eventually I got to I rode for about 20 kilometers down

this massive traffic jam you've got feeling really bad for you because you must have been

stuck for hours which you were it was long yeah it was brutal yeah yeah and then I and then

I was almost within five kilometers of in all went wrong anyway that was another story
