Steve, how's it going? Good. How are you, Bill? Pleasure to be here.

Good, good. Where are you talking to us from today? I am based out of London, England.

London. I'm going to be there in, at the end of July. My wife has never been in London,

and I had to fly through it to go to Berlin. So I said,

that's it. I'm going to show you London. I love that city. It's one of my favorite cities.

Yeah, today not too great. Overcast, rainy, kind of the classic English weather, really.

It's been pretty nice though the last couple of days, kind of topping out at 20, 21 degrees.

Yeah, but that's, oh my, you know, you just triggered a memory for me. I was in London. It was one of those rainy weeks and I got this most amazing umbrella from the hotel. I guess they were giving

out like to borrow, borrow, right? And this, this umbrella was one of the best umbrellas I'd ever had. Like,

I loved this thing. And that night, one night, there's a fire alarm that goes off in the hotel, right?

And of course, it's rainy, so I take my umbrella with me because I love this umbrella for

whatever reason. Anyway, we're walking down the stairs, and this old lady is struggling. I mean

struggling to walk down the stairs, and this person is trying to help them.
