0:04.0	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be never make your woman, your mommy, or therapist.
0:11.0	So I've got an email from a viewer.
0:12.5	He's been following my work for about three years now and he says he's a red 3% man,
0:18.0	my first book, countless times. So he's got a really good relationship with his
0:23.8	girlfriend. He says whenever she's grumpy and not in a good mood, he always responds with
0:28.5	playfulness and humor. He said, works like a charm. But he says, what about when I'm in a bad mood
0:35.6	or I'm having a difficult day and then she comes
0:37.9	to me with her problems or she's angry or she's in a bad mood?
0:41.5	It's hard for me to be calm and playful in that situation.
0:46.4	What do I do then?
0:48.5	Because we all know masculinity is calm, it's relaxed, it takes its time, and being playful and fun and humorous
0:59.1	is always the best way to respond to your woman. However, if you are constantly losing it
1:05.3	in the presence of your woman, she's not going to feel that you have your act together. And this is going to make her feel
1:11.9	unsafe. And so this is typically a topic. I see a lot of the guys, especially the red pill guys,
1:17.1	it just totally sends them into orbit when I have this discussion. And they get mad. Oh, it's a double
1:24.6	women have a double standard. And it's like,'s like, hey, I'm just here to tell you
1:29.3	what they respond to, what creates attraction, what turns them off. And you can act accordingly.
1:35.6	It's your life. I mean, at the end of the day, it's always going to be better and easier in your
1:40.9	relationship if you can respond with playfulness and humor when things happen
1:47.0	or don't go your way. But obviously as guys, we have bad days too and we want to be able to be
1:54.9	upset or be angry and be present with our feelings and not be able to not express them.
