Hey everybody, it's David Pluff. Welcome to Campaign HQ. Today we're going to have our

third episode as we go across the country and go deep into some of the key states in

this critical 22 election. And today we're going to go out west to the great state of Nevada.

Not Nevada, first lesson, it's Nevada. Some candidates have for president have run a

ground on that pronunciation, so for all of you out there when we're talking about this

important state in Nevada. Nevada has, it's a small state, six electoral votes, always

been critical in presidential races, certainly over the last four or five election cycles,

but it has a plethora of critical races. Dead heat, important Senate race could determine

control. Governor Sisselach's running for re-election, he won by four points in 18. Critical

governor's race, three, count them three, toss-up house races. So three of the four house districts

in Nevada are considered toss-ups, they could help determine house control, and certainly

margin. You have a secretary of state's race where the Republican nominee is a full-out

election denier, so if he were to win and preside over the 2024 election, things could

get pretty scary. And a bunch of other nuttiness down the ballot from the Republicans, it's

a place where a bunch of full-on, mega-conspiracy theorists have won. So we're going to go deep

into Nevada today, we've got two great guests today, we're going to start with someone I think

a lot of you probably know John Ralston, CEO of the Nevada independent, he's been a long time

observer and journalist in Nevada knows the state backwards and forwards, someone I certainly

have learned a lot through the years. So he's going to talk to us about what he's seeing on the ground,

give us an overview of these key races, talk a little about how Nevada has changed over the last,

let's say, 10 or 12 years of electorally and where it may be heading. So he'll give you a great
