Summary

Social media platforms are great for amplifying information and social networking is a term for using these platforms to connect with one another. There are Five Steps to Maximize Your Network: Step 1 - Know Your What - Take stock of what you’re planning to use each social media platform for. Step 2 - Know Your Who - Be clear about who is using each platform, as well as their reasoning behind using that platform. Step 3 - Know Your How - Think about the mediums through which you are going to connect and network with others. Consider what fits your content (and your skills to produce that content) best. In all likelihood, there are multiple mediums you can use to expand your network Step 4. Know Your Now - This is where you evaluate what you are currently equipped with that helps you to network right now, as well as what you can do to improve your connections. Ask yourself questions to better understand your current processes. Step 5. Know Your Why – Consider the true purpose behind your social networking, as being authentic helps you to find your frequency. When you understand your frequency, as well as who it works with (and who it doesn’t), you can focus on improving the strength of your signal, its spectrum, and the clarity of your message. also available on IG and on Clubhouse. Networking. How do we network with social media?

1:22.1

It's interesting because it's different. I always talk about credibility and emotional

1:27.2

attachment, and it's very difficult to have credibility in social media, and it's even

1:33.8

more difficult to make an emotional connection. It's easy to articulate quantitative value,

1:40.2

to exceed that what you're asking for and to ask, but the first key is to understand the platform

1:48.1

that you're on. Remember the objective of the platform when we're networking is to ask two

things. Do you know anyone that can help me and how can I be of service? We want to practice the

series of questions that is needed in order to facilitate. Do you know anyone that can help me?

Everyone's a sponsor, and a power sponsor, but also how I can be of service or value,

elevating our credibility and allowing ourselves to have emotional attachment.
