The January 4th episode welcomed in a new era for TNT, as the show was cut to one-hour and moved to Friday nights on USA Network. In it, we see Hillbilly Jim training with Hulk Hogan. where we take programming from the WWE network, and I watch it,

and then I just comment and tell you what is going on and also the memories

come flooding back. Now, this is going to be an interesting one because these episodes

when we will bring out Tuesday Night Titans, which we're going to do an episode from that,

Now, this Tuesday Night Titans, which a little background, this was one of Vince McMahon's

first shows that he did surrounding the WWF promotional tool.

And it aired on the USA Network from 1984 to 1986.

And the idea was to have, you know,

to kind of do a parody of the talk shows, like Johnny Carson especially.

But it kind of also gives you a feel, if you remember there was a show running back in those

days called Fernwood Tonight, and that was kind of a spoof on talk shows in some small town

or whatever. This was kind of the combination of all of that.

And as I will say many times, it was so bad, it was good. Especially when you go back and look at

some of these episodes. There's just so many crazy things. And they don't really have any kind

of vehicle like this anymore where they would just get these guys on and just do all kinds of, uh,

ridiculous skits and, uh, they had vignettes. And of course, they threw matches in there.
