Now, according to the National UFO Reporting Center, yes, there is such an institution.

Spokane, Washington is the city in the United States with the most UFO

sightings. Now, per 100,000 residents, 52 say that they spotted a UFO hovering above.

Okay, second place goes to Tucson, Arizona, third, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the worst place

to see a UFO, where would that be? Anybody? New York City,

because it has too much light pollution. Now, you know, I have never seen a UFO. I'll tell you that

because I'm always able to correctly identify those flying objects. That's why. And on that happy note,
