So I spent at least a little bit of my morning watching the Academy Award nominations and it's appropriate

reported and so that's what we're going to lead with. We're also going to get into an interesting new compensation plan for Alan Musk and some news out of Johnson and Johnson.

But let's start with shares in Netflix up more than 10% this morning.

Fourth quarter profits in revenue gym came in about as expected,

but Netflix, I mean, this is one of those companies

where it's clear that subscriber growth is the number one metric and they kind of crushed it.
