Israel's Prime Minister says the deaths of dozens of Palestinians in a

fire after an Israeli airstrike was a tragic mishap. A series of explosions

has hit the Russian-held city of Luhansk in eastern Ukraine, and China bans a famous

influencer from social media for boasting about his wealth.

trying to escape. Now Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Nassonyahu has said an operation to target

two Hamas leaders had gone badly wrong.

We have already evacuated in Raffa about a million residents.

And despite our best effort not to harm those uninvolved, there was a tragic mishap last night.

We are investigating the incident.
